A fresh look, and deeper analysis

Over the past weeks, we’ve focused on one thing: making Stilta’s deep-analysis modules more powerful. Several of these features came directly from customer input — and they’re all live in the platform today. Here’s what’s new.

End-to-end, in two phases

Invalidity · Infringement · FTO · Novelty

We’ve made Stilta’s two-phase flow explicit — it’s how customers have extracted the most value. First, guided setup kicks off an autonomous run (10–20 minutes of search and analysis). From there, you step in as the director — filling gaps and tailoring the analysis, with agents on hand, across every deep-analysis module.

A refreshed user interface

Across the platform

We’ve rebuilt the look and feel of the platform: a unified color palette, a cleaner layout with fewer tabs, and clearer visuals throughout. Everything is easier to scan and faster to move through.

Configurable claim interpretations

Invalidity · Infringement

Claim charts now run broad, narrow, and proposed readings, so you can see exactly how interpretation changes the claim-to-evidence match. Fully editable — you stay in the loop and can override any reading, as always.

Stronger search capabilities

Invalidity · Infringement · FTO · Novelty

Search now finds 5–10× more evidence in the first phase and produces an initial mapping for you, drawing on more data sources than before (PubChem, FDA records, and more). Every chart stays 100% source-backed — now with even more references behind it.

…and more across the modules

Third-Party Observations (TPO) for invalidity, custom company and target-research reports in infringement, new Reexam, IPR and PGR report paths, Excel/CSV patent-list import in guided setup, automatic prosecution-history retrieval for non-US targets, PDF highlighting on image-only documents, and new standard-essential patent (SEP) analysis — declared SEPs mapped against 3GPP and ETSI specifications.
